COOKING WITH DEEPA PART 1: GARAM MASALA CHICKEN

By on 4 November 2015

I met Deepa through Anchal and Anchal through my friend Sebnem who spent 3 years in New Delhi as an Expat. So many contacts cancelled at the last minute, I was almost losing hope. Deepa accepted my last minute request, I was hoping for one dish but she simply cooked a feast. Here is her first special recipe: Garam masala chicken. Rest of the recipes and videos will be coming soon…

PS: This is the very first video and it’s a new camera I am using, so I’ve made lots and lots of mistakes. But hey, this is my first video and my first edit 🙂 I can get a pass with this, right?
