I thought it would be nice to start with a recipe from my own country. I got acquinted with pumpkin very late, no thanks to my stubborn taste buds. But once I decided to give it a try, I became a big fan. So I decided to share my mom’s pumpkin recipe with you guys. ❤️ It’s simple, very easy to cook yet, amazing.
- 1 kg of pumpkins
- 1,5 glass of water
- 1 tsp cinammon
Slice the pumpkins and put it into a pot, add the water & sugar and cook until the pumpkins get soft for 30-45 minutes with low heat. If it becomes too watery increase the heat until the water evaporates. Then take the pumpkins to a plate and put cinnamon and walnuts on top. Bon appetit!
